Fantastic Four (stylized as Fant4stic in all caps) is a 2015 superhero film based on the Marvel Comics superhero team and the first reboot of the Fantastic Four film series. Directed by Josh Trank and written by Trank, Jeremy Slater, and Simon Kinberg, it stars Miles Teller, Michael B. Jordan, Kate Mara, Jamie Bell, Toby Kebbell, Reg E. Cathey, Tim Blake Nelson, and Tim Heidecker. The film follows a group of intelligent teenagers who build a transdimensional portal, causing them to acquire superhuman abilities.
