Suzemsky District
district in Bryansk Oblast, Russia
Suzemsky District (Russian: Сузе́мский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-seven in Bryansk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southeast of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,339.32 square kilometers (517.11 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality (a work settlement) of Suzemka. Population: 15,254 (2021 census); 16,654 (2010 census); 19,513 (2002 Census); 20,786 (1989 Soviet census). The population of Suzemka accounts for 56.9% of the district's total population.
