Source-derived summary

Suite PreCure (スイートプリキュア♪, Suīto PuriKyua♪; stylized as Suite PreCure♪) is a Japanese anime television series and the eighth installment in Izumi Todo's Pretty Cure metaseries. The series is produced by Toei Animation and directed by Munehisa Sakai, who directed the One Piece anime series. Character designs were done by Akira Takahashi, who previously worked on Kaidan Restaurant. The series aired on TV Asahi's ANN network between February 6, 2011, and January 29, 2012, replacing HeartCatch PreCure! in its time-slot, and was succeeded by Smile PreCure! A manga adaptation by Futago Kamikita was serialised in Kodansha's monthly Nakayoshi magazine.

The main topic of the series is music, the second to do so after HeartCatch PreCure! used it as a secondary theme, which influences the names of the Cures and the magical devices they use. Another theme is friendship, as emphasized by the relationship between Hibiki Hojo and Kanade Minamino.

Plot

In a realm called Major Land, the "Melody of Happiness" is due to be played to spread happiness throughout the world.

Editorial summary

“Suite PreCure” enters the record as japanese anime television series. Crown Archives preserves that source wording while asking what Suite, PreCure and Japanese can confirm, complicate or overturn.

Editorial reviewA useful identification and reception guide that helps separate the work itself from editions, performances, ownership and later interpretation. The current lead gives the account dated anchors—2011, 2012—that can be checked directly. The selected authority fields contribute no independent date. Its strongest next move is a source search built around Suite, PreCure and Japanese.
Editorial analysis

Why this record matters

“Suite PreCure” is worth following because a concise public description often conceals a longer documentary argument. Here, Suite, PreCure and Japanese provides the most credible route into that argument.

Evidence profile

Reception evidence should be dated and situated: later canonical status may differ sharply from the work’s initial circulation. The source revision retrieved here is dated Sep 15, 2026. The linked authority identifier is Q1202553. None of the 2 selected statements returned an explicit reference. The first chronological checks are 2011 and 2012.

Critical limits

Titles can refer to several editions, objects or performances, making precise identification essential before interpretation. The lead is largely declarative, so disagreement and counter-evidence require a deliberate search beyond the opening account. Authority statements aid reconciliation but still require their own references, qualifiers and ranks to be checked.

How to read it

Separate the work, its editions or performances, and its later reception. Catalogue records, publication histories and object files often preserve different parts of that story.
