Arwin Quentin Hochhauser (played by Brian Stepanek) is a wacky Greek-American inventor who works as a stationary engineer for the Tipton. He is friends with Zack, Cody, and Maddie in the series. He is also known for being obsessed with his mother; he lived with her his whole life until she got married and moved out.
