Cleveland is a town in central Russell County, Virginia, United States. As of the 2020 census, Cleveland had a population of 136.
History
Jessees Mill was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.

Cleveland is located at 36°56′37″N 82°9′8″W (36.943674, -82.152334).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.1 square mile (0.4 km2), of which 0.1 square mile (0.3 km2) is land and 0.04 square mile (0.1 km2) (14.29%) is water.
The 1288-acre Cleveland Barrens Natural Area Preserve, within the Clinch River Valley, protects part of one of six top biodiversity hotspots in the United States.
