Source-derived summary

The Kulcsár Anita-emléktorna (English: Anita Kulcsár Memorial Tournament) was an annual handball tournament, which took place in Dunaújváros in August or September between 2005 and 2011. It was organized in the honor of former Hungarian international handball player Anita Kulcsár, who died in a car accident in 2005.

Tournament structure

The tournament usually had two Hungarian teams play against two top teams from other countries. In 2007 six teams participated in the event, while in 2009 a single match decided the winner of the tournament, in which Győri Audi ETO KC beat CS Oltchim Râmnicu Vâlcea.

Editorial reviewA practical starting point whose main value is the path it opens into stronger specialist and primary sources. The current lead gives the account dated anchors—2005, 2011, 2007, 2009—that can be checked directly. The selected authority fields contribute no independent date. The account is most persuasive where Kulcsár, Anita-emléktorna and Open-knowledge can be independently traced.
Editorial analysis

Why this record matters

The subject matters to the general reference register because the source frames it as open-knowledge reference entry. Its deeper value depends on whether names, dates, institutions and citations support that framing.

Evidence profile

Named sources, stable identifiers and responsible institutions provide the strongest route from overview to verifiable evidence. The source revision retrieved here is dated Jan 19, 2025. The linked authority identifier is Q6442860. None of the 0 selected statements returned an explicit reference. The first chronological checks are 2005, 2011, 2007 and 2009.

Critical limits

A concise general-reference account can conceal disagreements about scope, terminology or the weight assigned to individual sources. The lead is largely declarative, so disagreement and counter-evidence require a deliberate search beyond the opening account. Authority statements aid reconciliation but still require their own references, qualifiers and ranks to be checked.

How to read it

Use the entry as an orientation point, then follow its citations and revision history. Names, dates and institutional relationships should be checked against the original record.
